Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company' s IT infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance and providing technical support to employees. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable and secure operations.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
