Role Definition Provides day-to-day support for executives in district administrative and coordination activities related to general business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assisting executive leaders by managing day-to-day global operational and administrative needs concerning tasks, responsibilities, prioritizations, and delegations.

· Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.

· Overseeing and managing office procedures, involving organizational documents, records, reports, data entry, etc.

· Supporting global communications by maintaining a master calendar including all holidays, special events, organization meetings, and gatherings involving office employees.

· Perform Safety Officer’s responsibilities by ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines, advising on safety topics, conducting risk assessments and trainings

· Material and technical support of the office

· Organization of ensuring proper sanitary and technical condition of the office and property located in the office

· Working with suppliers and contractors

· Coordinate document flow

· Cooperation with the Employer' s counterparties on services

· Administrative support for employees
