impactXtech is hiring a Mid-Level Front-End Developer to help bring a modern, user-centered website to life for one of our dynamic marketing and technology clients. This is more than a code-and-ship role—you’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and business leads to turn bold ideas into digital reality.

You’ll be embedded in a small, agile team where your voice matters and your work makes an immediate impact. We’re looking for someone who brings both technical excellence and a collaborative, proactive mindset to the table.

This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week) with meaningful ownership and autonomy in how the work gets done.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement high-quality, responsive front-end code that performs seamlessly across devices and browsers.
• Translate design files from the Senior UI/UX Designer into clean, functional web experiences.
• Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into development.
• Collaborate with marketing and design stakeholders to iterate and optimize based on feedback.
• Identify performance opportunities and propose front-end improvements to enhance user experience.
• Assist in maintenance and ongoing enhancements post-launch.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end trends, tools, and frameworks.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven experience building responsive, mobile-first web experiences.
• Familiarity with SEO principles as they apply to front-end development.
• Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a design-conscious development approach.
• Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable collaborating across disciplines.
• Self-starter who thrives in an environment with autonomy and trust.

Working Style

• 50% utilization (~20 hrs/week)
• 4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
• Expected start date: in ~2-3 weeks
