About Us:

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as an Import & Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Import & Documentation:

Oversee the entire process of importing goods into Russia.

Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance, certification, and declarations (EAC, TR CU, etc.).

Liaise with relevant authorities and certification bodies to ensure timely approvals.

Monitor compliance with Russian import regulations and standards.

Sales & Commercial Development:

Actively sell and promote commercial vehicle parts for European truck brands such as Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, and MAN.

Develop and manage client relationships within the Russian market.

Maintain a strong understanding of product specifications, market demand, and customer needs.

Work closely with our logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Requirements:

✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) Russian is a strong plus.
✅ Proven experience with import processes into Russia, including customs clearance and certification.
✅ Solid knowledge of technical documentation and submission procedures.
✅ Experience in sales or commercial roles in the automotive or truck parts sector.
✅ Familiarity with European commercial vehicle brands and their spare parts.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
