Key Requirements:
• Responsibility
• High work capacity and ability to work with large amounts of information
• Skills in searching for and identifying potential buyers online (especially beer importing companies)
• Ability to communicate with potential buyers, primarily in English
• Skills in engaging and pleasant communication
• Ability to present the product in a clear and structured manner
• Ability to bring deals to a successful conclusion
• Energy and time management skills
Responsibilities:
• Daily search for potential buyers (beer importers) in assigned countries, using the provided algorithms ◦ At least 20 new contacts per day and a minimum of 100 potential buyers searched weekly.
• Entering information about potential clients into the company' s CRM system (instructions attached)
• Working with beer importing companies from Germany and other countries that distribute beer throughout the country
• Calling potential clients (at least 250 calls per week) to establish contact and present the products.
At least 50 calls daily.
• Using the company' s effective work algorithms and sales scripts.
• Maintaining reports on the work performed in the CRM system.
Requirements for Potential Clients:
• The company must be engaged in the import and distribution of beer.
Working Conditions:
• Remote work, You manage Your time during the day, the daily result is important
• Workload is designed for a 40-hour work week
• Your compensation directly depends on the monthly sales volume. Our mutual interest in collaboration starts at €2,000 and should grow to €5,000 over time. More details will be discussed during the interview.

Experience working with CRM systems is required.
