Manpower and our client, famous international company, are searching for HR Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of HR Admin operations (execution supported by HR Admin Specialists):
- Coordination of HR administration processes: employees’ hiring, transfer, promotion, disciplinary action, award, attendance, time off and vacation, overtime, business trip, sick leave, preparation data for payroll, termination etc.
- Ensure employees' records are kept according to the requirements of labor legislation and internal guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and qualitatively reporting to the authorities on labor matters

• Military reporting process:
- Ensure employees' military records and files are kept in line with legal requirements
- Set up regular military reporting process (to the military authorities) in the company
- Regulary annual check-ups with Military offices

• HR systems: regular operations administration, and development (projects)

• 1С: ЗУП
• English: at least upper-intermediate
• Excellent knowledge of Russian labor law
• Experience in Military reporting
• Experience in КЭДО implementation projects
• Experience in Immigration processes / work with international team
• People / Team management Experience
• Cross-culture experience
