Requirements:

- High education or secondary vocational education

- Fluent in English (both written & spoken), knowledge of other foreign languages will be your plus

- Computer skills: MS Office (proficiency in Excel, Word)

- Opera knowledge will be your plus

- Customer oriented, team spirit, good organization skills, good communication skills, energy and enthusiasm

Responsibilities:

• friendly and quick service delivery to guests
• performing night audit procedures ‚check-in and check-out of guests‚ invoicing
• taking reservations‚ making payments, working on cashier machine
• handling guests correspondence, guest requests in person or over the phone
• other daily routine operations of the reception service.
