We are currently looking for an experienced People Partner who’ll help us succeed in our objectives.

What you will do:

• Support employees throughout their entire journey with the company (onboarding, gathering and processing feedback, regular 1:1s, assisting with questions and concerns, exit interviews)

• Take part in People Management within project teams and departments, including collaboration and consultation with managers, monitoring team dynamics, and mediation when needed

• Collect, process, and structure employee feedback, write follow-up notes after annual and semi-annual review meetings, and prepare analytics and reports based on research findings or specific work streams

• Develop, participate in, and support various HR projects (research, new process implementation, managing the company’s social benefits package, working with the knowledge base and internal tools)

• Provide support to the Event & Communications team in organizing corporate events

What you should have:

• 2+ years of HR experience in an IT company (preferably in an international company with 200+ employees)

• B1 level of English

• Experience conducting onboarding and exit interviews

• Experience with performance reviews and 1:1 meetings

• Ability to give constructive feedback and openly address issues

• Experience (or at least theoretical knowledge) in developing Personal Improvement/Development Plans

• Strong communication skills: ability to express ideas clearly, manage emotions during conversations, act ethically and respectfully, ask the right questions, build trust and rapport

• Solid written communication skills: clear and structured writing, ability to present information concisely and effectively

• Confident use of Google Sheets and presentation tools

• Personal traits: empathy, patience, willingness to help and support others

Will be a plus:

• Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
