About the role:

A large international company with HQ in Seoul, Korea is expanding their businesses in Kazakhstan and is looking for an HR professional of managerial level to lead personnel management initiatives to achieve ambitious goals of rapid expansion of the businesses in Almaty and Kostanay in Logistics for automobile industry.

Main Duties:

• Assist the Executives of the company in managing HR functions including, but not limited to employee relations, performance management, recording and documentation

• Managing workforce and succession planning, development and training

• Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs
• Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives to develop and implement programs to maximize employee engagement, performance and development

• Supervise the General Affairs (Office admin) duties including, but not limited to, car, housing, hotel service contracts administration, managing office supply etc.

• Bachelor' s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

• 10+ years of HR generalist work experience in international companies
• 5+ years managing a team of HR professionals experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• High ethical standards and values
• Critical thinking, open mindness
• Ability to read, analyze regulations and laws, to interpret and visualise data
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferable:

• HR work experience in Forwarding / Logistics industry

Work Conditions:

• temporary role to cover for the current HR manager on maternity and child care leave
• 5/2 days, 8-hours a day work week
• 24 days of annual leave
