• Accountable & Responsible for the performance and results of the category in charge: strategy definition & execution, procurement, and supplier management in order to ensure MRP delivery in full under the requirements of quality, service, total cost of ownership, sustainability and innovation and lean principles.

What are we looking for?
1. Education & Professional Qualification: BSc/MSc in business or technical field
2. Knowledge/Experience: > 3 years on Commercial
3. Leadership Capabilities: Communication, stakeholder management, people management.
4. Knowledge/Experience: Procurement expertise
5. Skills: Strong procurement capabilities: Category Strategy development, Sourcing, negotiation, Supplier management, Stakeholder management

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Accountable & Responsible for the performance and results of the category in charge: strategy definition & execution, procurement, and supplier management in order to ensure
  • Ensure volume availability.
  • Deliver a competitive advantage and continuous operational improvement for Mars in terms of Cost, Quality, Cash and Service
  • Drive Innovation & Sustainability through efficient supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure competitive pricing and effective price risk management.: Ensure price forecasting in a complex and volatile commodity environment, providing the business with timely intelligence on pricing and availability risks as well as spotting new opportunities early.
• Responsible of Supplier Relationship for category.
• Stakeholder management to ensure strategy definition and implementation - especially R& D Managers, Q& FS Managers, EPM, S& F Primes co-pilot
• Engage the collaboration of the Commercial Operations Team and SQA team for site implementation and compliance.
