We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the activities of our Dutch legal entity. The candidate should be prepared to relocate to Amsterdam after a probation period.

• Full Accounting & Tax Management. Maintain comprehensive accounting/tax records for Dutch entities, ensuring compliance with local standards and regulations monitor transactions (sales, payroll, supplier settlements, cash flow) and oversee product cost calculation tools
• Reporting & Compliance. Manage period-end closures and prepare financial statements (PL, BS, CF, SCE) and tax reports submit consolidated financial statements and enhance consolidation tools
• Intellectual Property & Fixed Assets. Account for intangible assets (licenses, software), ensuring IFRS compliance for recognition, amortization, and impairment document asset lifecycles, revaluations, and disposals while adhering to tax rules
• Risk Analysis & Documentation. Analyze revenue/expense agreements for financial/tax risks and verify supplier documents
• Audit & Tax Inspections. Support internal/external audits and manage tax inspections
• Process Automation. Optimize accounting workflows, draft technical specs for automation, and test new systems.
• Tax Declarations & Consolidated Reporting. Submit tax filings and refine consolidated reporting tools/forms.
• Policies & Legislative Expertise. Develop/update accounting policies and regulatory documents. Review contracts for tax risks and advise on legislative changes.

• ​​​Proven experience in accounting for Dutch legal entities
• Strong knowledge of Dutch accounting standards and local tax legislation
• Familiarity with intellectual property accounting and cost capitalization processes
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and accounting software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
