TITAN-FZCO, a fast growing company in advanced IT and infrastructure solutions for government projects, is seeking a Chief Legal Officer to lead and manage legal operations across diverse regions, including Africa, Russia and CIS countries.

Responsibilities:

• Corporate Law: Handling company establishment, reorganization, liquidation, and other corporate actions, including preparation of board resolutions and related documentation.

• Contract Law: Drafting and managing bilingual contracts, developing agreements in English.

• Reviewing, editing, and justifying contract revisions participation in negotiations when necessary.

• Obtaining operational licenses in foreign jurisdictions.

• Ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information. Supporting the opening of bank accounts, companies registration etc.

• Interaction with government authorities.

• Reviewing and updating legal policies to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.

• Coordinating work with external legal consultants and service providers in foreign jurisdictions.

• Advising employer on risks associated with contracts, legal matters, visas, work permissions, residency issues etc.

• A commitment to providing legal support to all departments within the company.

Key Requirements:

• Master Degree in Law.

• Expertise in commercial, civil, and tax law.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and oral, including legal terminology, C1 or higher).

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience with international contracts is a must.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information.
