Your responsibilities

- Promotes our core values: safety first, leadership and accountability, employee involvement and ownership, commitment to excellence, integrity and responsibility, and value creation for partners

- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels

- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy

- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary

- Tracking and fixing shipments

- Preparing bills and invoices for payment

- Managing distribution and shipment budgets

- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

- Working with Custom brokers and agents and coordinating their work accuracy

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree preferable in Supply Chain Management or Engineering

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English

Excellent problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail

Comfortable with working in teams and individually
