We are looking for a motivated Junior Quality Manager to ensure our QMS is effectively established and maintained in line with corporate standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and maintain QMS processes and documentation
• Lead the development of the Quality Manual and QM procedures
• Maintain a comprehensive QM documentation system with regular updates
• Monitor QMS performance, identify non-conformities, and report findings to management
• Set and review quality objectives and KPIs regularly
• Organize internal and external audits, analyze results and design CAPA plans
• Conduct external audits during vendor selection in Russia & CIS countries
• Support GMP and QMS inspections on country level
• Ensure compliance with ISO certification requirements, manage certification processes
• Train personnel on QMS principles and handle customer complaints regarding product quality
• Support ADR and incident process management (investigations, actions, communication with Healthcare Authorities)
• Monitor legislation in QA area in Russia & CIS countries, advice management accordingly

Qualification:

• Degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or Biochemistry
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management within international/local companies (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food production, or FMCG)
• Strong experience in implementing QMS and conducting quality audits
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, certificates in QM would be a great advantage
• Proficient in English and eager to develop new skills
