Role Overview: As a Junior Business Operations Junior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of service contracts and warranties. You will be responsible for data entry, accurate billing, and maintaining the integrity of customer contracts. You will collaborate with various teams to meet commitments and resolve issues, providing essential support to the Business Operations Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter contracts and warranties data into company systems
• Control the W2W process execution
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for contract and non-contract services
• Prepare and archive closing documents
• Manage the Service Letters process
• Support other business operations tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Completed higher education
• NOT MORE than 2 years of professional experience (part of our Global Early Trainee program)
• Proficient in MS Office with speed and accuracy
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure
