Location: Nuriston, Nishon district, Kaskadarya region
Job Purpose:

To assist in the procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, and services required for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and consolidating material requirements from various departments.
• Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders under supervision.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations, lead times, and order status.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory transactions.
• Support in vendor evaluations and performance monitoring.
• Assist in tracking and expediting deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to confirm receipt and quality of delivered items.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular reporting and documentation of supply activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain process.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration.

Experience:

• Internship or coursework in procurement/supply chain/logistics is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Languages:

• Uzbek – proficient, Russian – proficient, English – C1 or above
