The main responsibility of the CSR is to answer lead calls and turn them into appointments, fill out the call schedule, and work out complaints and inquiries from the Company' s clients. A candidates applying to this position have to be friendly, customer-oriented and stress-resistant. This is a full-time position: we don' t consider applications from students

Work Duties

• Answer lead calls and turn them into service appointments

• Be polite and communicate with customers according to the script

• Email and text communication with customers

• Schedule or reschedule service appointments

• Work with customer complaints and inquiries

• Work with CRM-system

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and oral)

• Good communication skills

• Fast-learner

• Promptness

• Readiness to work at night time

Work schedule: Mon - Fri, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Salary: from $1000 per month
