Axiom Pro is a recruiting and outstaffing company. Our client, a U.S.-based company, is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist to join their remote team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
– Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
– Process vendor invoices and ensure compliance with company policies
– Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections
– Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
– Assist in streamlining and improving AR/AP workflows
– Logistics experience is a plus but not required

Requirements
– Experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or accounting
– Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting)
– Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment
– Strong communication skills in English
– Knowledge of financial reconciliation and reporting
– Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
