Due to active growth and ambitious plans, we are now looking for a Junior Project Manager to strengthen our team. Our HQ is in Malta, but this is a fully remote position at the beginning as our team is decentralized.

Who you are

The Junior Project Manager supports the project management team by coordinating workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible individual who can adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining high-quality standards. As a key contributor, you will help distribute workloads, facilitate collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

What you do

General Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organize meetings to ensure effective team coordination

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members

• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and eliminate blockers.

What you know

• Technical education in IT or Mathematics

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or a related role (QA, Developer, Support Specialist) with a strong understanding of project management processes

• Proficiency in issue and project tracking software (Jira preferred, YouTrack, etc.)

• English level B2 or higher with strong written and verbal communication skills.
