Murano Software is engaged in software development under the order (outsourcing) and development of own product on the .NET platform which is successfully distributed in the territory of the USA.

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer for our outsourcing project, which is an e-commerce platform for a large American company with clothing and accessories stores in over 80 countries around the world.

This role is for an e-commerce project that involves bus services, APIs, Salesforce applications, OMS. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of various systems, including web and mobile applications, API integrations, and backend services.

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Design, execute, and document test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Functional & Regression Testing: Ensure that all features work as expected and that new changes do not break existing functionality.
• API Testing: Validate API endpoints and integrations.
• Salesforce Testing: Verify workflows, data accuracy, and functionality within Salesforce applications.
• Cross-Platform Testing: Conduct testing on web and mobile platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Defect Reporting & Tracking: Log, track, and validate defects using a test management system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Manual QA experience with a strong focus on web and API testing.
• Experience in e-commerce projects (preferably with clothing or retail).
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with Salesforce applications and their testing processes.
• Strong knowledge of test case design techniques and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Experience in cross-browser and mobile testing (Browserstack, Android & iOS).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
• Ability to analyze complex business logic and create effective test strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Good to have Spanish or Russian.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Knowledge of basic automation concepts (though this is a manual role).
• Previous experience working with bus services, transportation, or ticketing systems.
• Experience testing order management systems, payment gateways, or loyalty programs.
