About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief HR Officer / HR Director to lead our Human Resources function across multiple international offices. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company' s business goals, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all HR functions across multiple international offices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to enhance company culture, employee experience, and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in different countries.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth through effective workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Relocation to Cyprus for candidates currently residing outside the country.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience working in the IT industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage HR functions across multiple international locations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Willingness for occasional business trips.
