Responsibilities:

* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality of service.
* Manage and control operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
* Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the company' s strategic plan.
* Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the home services industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational efficiency.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with scheduling software and inventory management systems.
* Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
