We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior+ Project Manager to join our dynamic team to work with an innovative loan servicing system that bridges the gap between banks seeking great customers and consumers looking for flexible payment options for their home improvement projects.

In this role, you will play a key part in planning, executing, and delivering project tasks that drive the growth and success of the platform. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure project tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate meetings, including kickoffs, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Document project processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference.
• Thrive in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

You’ll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
• Basic technical understanding, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Knowledge of fintech, lending, or home improvement industries.
