We are looking for an initiative, proactive HSE Manager who is ready to work with a variety of tasks in HSE Center of Expertise and is interested in self-development and professional growth.

Being the team member of the Center of HSE Expertise HSE Manager ensures one for all approaches, guides, procedures, etc, methodology support, reporting consolidation, etc for Air Liquide in Russia.

Обязанности:

HSE Trainings:

• Develop and train personnel on HSE requirements

• Develop, implement and manage the HSE programs,

• Assign and track the HSE trainings in the corporate learning tool (HR Portal).

Health safety governance:

• Ensure the company standard on medical exams and psycho exams

• Organize and control periodical medical & psycho examinations for the company

• Ensure the company standard on special evaluation of working places,

• Organise and control special evaluation of working places for the company,

• Track maintenance and replacement of first aid kits, fire extinguishers in the office,

• Prepare and track safety instructions, orders,

• Perform anomaly hunting,

• Participate in projects to digitalize Safety tools

Reporting:

• Ensure the identification of relevant safety KPIs company wide,

• Ensure the regular update of Safety Scorecard (Safety main indicators),

• Ensure the state reporting, incl on ecology topics,

• Consolidate statistics data from the sites/subsidiaries (AL processes, RF processes), fill in the relevant statistics tables of safety KPIs,

• Collect and treat information about unsafe situations, ensure the action plans,

• Maintain, check and update the reporting of safety events.

Methodology:

• Provide methodology support to the subsidiaries, business units and sites on RCA, JHA, etc,

• Consult the business units and site on health safety and environmental topics.

Safety Campaigns, Initiatives, Communications:

• Propose and lead safety campaigns and initiatives company wide to improve safety culture,

• Ensure regular safety communications and information to the teams.

Others:

• Ensures HSE budget planning, monitoring and implementation,

• Sets personal priorities to effectively support sustainable compliance on Health, Safety, and Environmental issues,

• Stays current on regulatory issues and trends through seminars, other subsidiaries and networking,

• Demonstrated 3+ years solid experience in HSE in industrial environment,

• Comprehensive knowledge of legislation, standards, and codes of practice relating to HSE,

• Proper technical understanding of gas safety and risks as an advantage,

• Intermediate English,

• Acting as a role model in safety, promoting a safe behavior

• Ability/wish to work autonomously and on the own (“by hands”),

• Proven experience/ demonstrates strong potential in process/data management,

• Ability to demonstrate project management and organization skills, result oriented,

• Agility, flexibility, open minded mindset, ability to multitask,

• Strong team spirit & collaboration skills

• Excellent written and oral communication
