Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries regarding reservations.
• Process bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about room types, pricing, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Maximize hotel revenue by upselling rooms, packages, and additional services.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest preferences in the reservation system.
• Assist guests with loyalty programs, group bookings, and corporate accounts.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure excellent service delivery.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service roles.
• Experience with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Exely, SynXis) is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
• Multilingual skills (especially English and a second language like Spanish, French, or Arabic) are an advantage.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of hotel policies, pricing strategies, and industry trends.

1. Work Shifts 5\2 09:00 - 18:00/ 12:00- 21:00
