The Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our international holding structure. You will be responsible for overseeing accounting and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations in Czech Republic, Switzerland, Latin America, UAE, Seychelles, Hong Kong and others. This role is ideal for a finance professional with deep expertise in international accounting, tax structures, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Holding Accounting: Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities across key regions: Czech Republic, Switzerland, Latin America, UAE, Seychelles, and Hong Kong.

• Financial Modelling: Lead financial planning and budgeting processes for the holding company and its product offerings across multiple international entities.

• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations across jurisdictions, preparing audit-ready financial statements.

• Investor Relations: Manage investor communication, assist in fundraising activities, and coordinate loan arrangements where necessary.

• Risk Management and Analysis: Conduct both internal risk assessments for the holding company and external market analysis to identify financial opportunities and mitigate risks.

About You

• Proven experience in international accounting, with a deep understanding of financial regulations in Czech Republic, Switzerland, Latin America, UAE, Seychelles, and Hong Kong.

• Strong business acumen and a mathematical mindset for strategic decision-making.

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, international taxation, and cross-border financial structures.

• Experience handling crypto-related accounting.

• Fluent in English, native in Russian. German is a plus.

• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, automation, and data analysis.

• Experience working in Notion for financial reporting and document management.

• Highly hands-on, autonomous, and proactive in managing financial operations.
