Mellow (by Solar Staff) is a global fintech company that helps businesses build and manage talent pools of freelancers, contractors, and contingent workers.

We are currently looking for a Support Specialist who is ready to assist our B2B-clients!

Responsibilities

• Assist corporate clients in resolving issues and provide platform-related consultations (primarily via chats)
• Gather product feedback and document client requests
• Collaborate with other departments, escalating requests when necessary
• Update and expand the Knowledge Base.

Requirements

• Strong empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to find solutions for clients
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support
• English proficiency at С2 level (both written and spoken)
• Russian proficiency at B2+ level
• Experience living or working in an English-speaking country, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.

Nice to Have

• Conversational proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
• Experience working with Intercom, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in B2B fintech
• Experience in writing Knowledge Base articles or other text-based content.

Work Schedule

• During the probation period: starting from 07:00 GMT
• After the probation period: starting from 17:00 GMT
