1ziyo.ai is a joint venture between UZCARD and zypl.ai, created to bring cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies to Uzbekistan’s financial sector.

The company develops AI-driven solutions for risk management, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and portfolio optimization. At the core of 1ziyo.ai’s products is zGAN, a unique synthetic data generation technology developed by zypl.ai, enhancing the predictive accuracy of machine learning models and improving resilience against rare and extreme market conditions (“black swan” events).

1ziyo.ai is one of Uzbekistan’s first AI-focused fintech firms, combining expertise in AI, financial technology, and payment systems to revolutionize the country’s financial industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary CEO to lead 1ziyo.ai and establish it as the regional leader in AI-powered fintech solutions. The CEO will be responsible for strategic growth, operational leadership, product development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Define and execute the long-term vision for 1ziyo.ai.

• Build and maintain partnerships with banks, fintech firms, regulators, and international investors.

• Scale operations by developing and executing a market expansion strategy.

• Foster an innovative corporate culture that attracts top AI and fintech talent.

2. Product Strategy & Innovation

• Drive the development of AI-powered solutions based on zGAN and Lucid, focusing on credit scoring, fraud detection, and predictive analytics.

• Adapt AI products to local and international financial market requirements.

• Work closely with R& D teams to integrate new AI models and data sources into fintech applications.

3. Financial & Operational Management

• Oversee the company’s P& L, budgeting, and fundraising activities.

• Ensure sustainable growth and financial performance.

• Optimize business processes and establish an effective corporate structure.

4. Collaboration with UZCARD, Zypl.ai & Government Institutions

• Build strong relationships with UZCARD and zypl.ai to enhance 1ziyo.ai’s ecosystem.

• Work with the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, regulators, and financial associations to develop AI-related fintech regulations.

• Ensure the seamless integration of AI-driven solutions into the country’s financial infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of executive leadership experience** in AI, fintech, payment systems, or B2B SaaS.

• Deep expertise in financial services, AI, risk management, or fintech.

• Proven track record of scaling startups or high-growth companies (preferably in AI, SaaS, or fintech).

• Strong understanding of Uzbekistan’s financial regulations and global AI standards.

• Experience working with international investors, securing funding, and developing strategic partnerships.

• Technical knowledge of AI-powered solutions (machine learning, data analysis, predictive analytics).
