For over 13 years, we have been providing IT services to our clients - large international media companies and startups in healthcare, education and e-commerce. Most of our clients are from the USA and Canada. We are also developing projects with partners in Russia.

We are currently seeking a Manual QA Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with at least six months of experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

Our QA Specialist will be working on two projects in equal proportion:

1️⃣ Project 1: This is an exciting opportunity to be the first QA engineer in the team. Under the guidance of our QA Team Lead and Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing the testing process from scratch. The primary focus will be on testing a Drupal-based website, with potential involvement in AI-driven applications.

2️⃣ Project 2: You will be joining an established QA team of two specialists. The testing process is already structured, and you will receive full onboarding. Your primary focus will be to assist with simpler test cases, helping to accelerate the testing workflow.

​Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing across multiple platforms and applications

• Provide clear and structured feedback on tickets

• Attend and contribute to team meetings and project discussions

• Clarify and refine QA instructions for clients

• Document QA methodologies and best practices

• Perform post-release testing to ensure quality in production

• Log working hours in YouTrack

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal)
• Understanding of software testing methodologies
• Ability to write user stories
• Basic knowledge of development processes and environments
• Experience with GitHub
• Proficiency with browser testing tools for different screen resolutions
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• English proficiency of at least B2 (both spoken and written)
• Familiarity with our technology stack
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in sprints
• Strong communication skills and a desire to be part of a team
• Ability to learn quickly and apply analytical skills in a fast-changing Agile development environment
