We are looking for Business Manager CIS Johnson & Johnson Vision

This position develops and implements the countries business plans which will deliver the business objectives outlined in J& J Vision Care and Surgical Vision in CIS countries, OGSM through the overall management of all sales & marketing activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals for Vision Care and Surgical Vision businesses in CIS countries. Together with team (Vision Care KZ) and distributors develop further business growth in CIS countries, build & implement business plans per counties in alignment with the regional objectives and in cooperation with other business functions
• Deliver annual & monthly sales & bottom-line targets, forecasts for business plans achievements and product supply for CIS countries. Manage budgets
• Together with Commercia Manager and Business Development Manager drive commercial strategies, operational management, build processes and procedures for CIS countries
• Lead and develop CIS team to enhance performance and achieve business goals
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including upper management, employees, distributors, customers, KOLs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: economical, medical, life science, machinery or technical engineering or business
• Sales management experience 5+ years (experience in a Key Account Management or Business Development Management, experience in distributors or commercial management is a plus)
• Experience of work in Medical deviсes/Pharma sphere or FMCG strongly preferred
• Strategic thinking and advanced analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Distributors management experience 3+ years is obligatory
• Projects management experience
• Proven ability to manage complexity in fast changing environment
• Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team working ability
• Strong presentation skills
• Advanced level of English
