Languages We Are Hiring For

We are currently hiring for the following languages: English (IELTS instructors must have a verified IELTS score of 8.0 or higher), Korean, German, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, French, Latin.

For most of these positions, It would be advisable for the candidate to have a high level of English proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level, as well as proficiency in Russian at the C2/C1 level and Kazakh at the B2/C1 level. If you are applying for a position as an IELTS teacher, you must provide your IELTS certificate or any relevant exam results.

For teaching other languages, at least a B2 proficiency level is required, and you should be able to provide proof of your proficiency, such as university diplomas or exam result certificates.

Candidate Requirements

We seek motivated, responsible, and experienced teachers who meet the following criteria:
✔ Fluency in the language you teach (native or near-native proficiency)
✔ IELTS teachers must provide proof of an IELTS 8.0+ score
✔ Prior teaching experience is required – we are looking for professional educators
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Passion for education, language learning, and student success
✔ If you are applying for an exam instructor position, you must provide certificates proving your exam expertise (e.g., IELTS, Goethe, HSK, JLPT, etc.)
✔ For teaching other languages, a minimum of B2 proficiency is required, and proof of proficiency must be provided (e.g., university diplomas, exam result certificates)

Do you hold any internationally recognized teaching certifications? (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL for English Goethe-Zertifikat, ÖSD for German TORFL for Russian HSK for Chinese JLPT for Japanese TOPIK for Korean, etc.)
Can you provide copies of your certificates and indicate the awarding institution?
Have you taken any official language proficiency tests? (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge exams for English TestDaF, DSH for German TORFL for Russian HSK for Chinese JLPT for Japanese TOPIK for Korean TÖMER for Turkish, etc.) If so, what were your scores?

Teaching Experience

Where have you previously worked as a foreign language teacher?
What levels (A1-C2) and age groups have you taught?
Do you have experience preparing students for official language exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, TestDaF, HSK, JLPT, TOPIK, etc.)?
Are you currently employed as a teacher? If so, where?

Additional Language Skills

Apart from the language you are applying to teach, which other languages do you speak and teach?
What is your proficiency level in these languages?

References & Recommendations

Can you provide references from previous employers or students?
If available, could you share recommendation letters or contact details for references?

Legal & Contractual Considerations

Do you currently work under a registered company in Kazakhstan or another country?
Are you legally authorized to sign contracts and issue invoices under your name?
Can you provide documentation proving your tax compliance?

Before finalizing the hiring process, all necessary legal and professional documents must be submitted for verification. Additionally, a contract must be signed under the name of PolyglotWorks Academy.

Teacher Responsibilities & Contract Terms

At PolyglotWorks Academy, teachers are expected to act professionally and responsibly at all times. As per our contract, there is no option to terminate the contract irresponsibly or without notice.
