Remote Administrator for a Creative Studio (English-Speaking)

We are looking for a remote administrator to handle calls in English for our creative studio. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting tasks, see the results of your efforts, improve your language skills, and gain valuable experience.

Training and onboarding will take place in our office.

Responsibilities:

• Remote administration for our studio in the U.S. market (English only). The role focuses on educational services and scheduling appointments.

• Handling inbound calls and processing outbound inquiries, including following up on requests, responding to emails, social media messages, and online applications. (All outbound communication is based on existing inquiries—no cold sales.)

• Addressing customer concerns and handling objections.

• Coordinating remotely with instructors.

• Maintaining reports on completed tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1 or higher), including the ability to understand different accents.

• Strong stress management skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks.

• Reliable high-speed internet and proficiency with computers.

• Quiet work environment during shifts.

What We Offer:

• Fully remote position with a 2/2 shift schedule, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (EST) / 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM (MSK) (11-hour shifts).

• Competitive pay: 4,500 RUB per shift + commission on certificate/membership sales.
