We are looking for new colleague -Jr. Product specialist who will become a specialist of FMCG market and confectionary industry, will be a part of cross functional team, will give the impulse to NPD’s life and will upgrade analytical and presentation’s skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Portfolio optimization and NPD process support through high-quality and comprehensive analytics (Nielsen, Romir monitoring)

• Cross functional facilitation via portfolio review and optimization

• Marketing KPI regular reporting based on Nielsen data

• NPD reporting and analytics

• Insights finding based on market trends and competitor’s overview

• Participate in market and consumer insights research agenda (including both aual and auant parts).

Our expectations for candidates:

• Has higher education
• Can work with a large amount of information, has analytical mind, creativity, and a focus on results
• Is an expert in excel: VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables
• Is an expert in Power point: graphs, analytical presentations
• Has the ability to clearly formulate thoughts and conclusions in reports
• Has experience in project and assortment management, experience in CatMan, TM, with Nielsen – will be your advantage.
• English: intermediate level and higher.
