• SAGE implementation, improve and develop accountant' s technical skills within administration subsidiary team in order to guaranty HQ Balance and Income Statement model
• Ensuring equal master data (customers, suppliers, articles and others) between 1C and SAGE
• Ensuring the reliability of information transmission between 1C and SAGE
• Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports. Monthly reporting to Mother Company. IBM TM1. Direct contact with HQ financial department to answer their requirements
• Deviations analysis from project margins. Reporting and proposing future improvements to the manager director
• Overseeing monthly review of cash flow forecasts. (TM1 reporting)
• Assist external audit team and internal controls compliance
• Ensuring compliance group' s accounting policy
• Holding annual budget. Monthly deviation, analysis
• Analyze internal process to make recommendation for improvements on-going basis (e.g. reduce manual work)
• Reporting, including accounting reports
• Daily routines (to be specified during the interview)

• Good Excel skills (minimum Vlook up and Pivot Table), Words, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work flexibly. Date deadlines
• Knowledge of Russian taxation and accounting system, Civil Code
• certified in IFRS
• Focused on results
• Good level of English
• Interpersonal skills. Teamwork
• Experience in Big4 is preferable
