MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide consecutive interpretation during meetings (English-Uzbek-English or English-Russian-English).

Provide written translation from Uzbek/Russian to English and vice-versa.

Liaise with partners.

Organize events.

Plan meetings and take detailed notes.

Write emails and reports when appropriate.

Search and analysis of information in the open sources.

Prepare presentations.

Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.

Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.

Manage office documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor' s Degree or equivalent experience and qualifications. Applications are also considered, including from students

Strong English and Russian language skills.

Ability to analyze and write efficiently in English and Russian.

Good online research skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to express oneself and present clearly for a wide audience in a fluent and persuasive manner.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

High sense of responsibility, willingness to take initiative, meeting deadlines.

Dedication and enthusiasm.

Ability to work autonomously.

Desirable skills:

Experience of working in an international context.

Knowledge of other European languages (Italian, Spanish, French, etc.)
