MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Lead Marketing strategy for each Central Asia market, supporting GM in effectively organizing marketing team/ dealers to achieve sales targets and GD in product/ market surveys for SC/ Manufacturer.
KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
ATL marketing
- Total supervision of annual media commitments in-line with budget limits and historical practice
- annual media-calendar & budget planning by model and country
- Image and tactical campaigns planning in line with marketing calendar, campaign budget approval, agency briefing, media KPIs setting
- Supervision and optimization of media plans based on real-time media KPIs tracking
- Post-campaign reports analysis and identification of improvement areas
- National media audit planning and execution
- Cross- channel 360 projects initiation and management
- Assistance in creative assets development, adaptation and placement
- Initiation of internal project approval document and signature
- Department budget keeping
- Timely collection of creative overview reports
- Monthly control of closing documents provision
- Carrying out Supplier selection procedures when required
- Maintaining regular inventory of creative assets (usage rights duration, validity, etc.)
Event-management/ BTL Marketing
- Establishment and maintenance of BTL and integrated projects for brand: market product launches, test-drives.
- Execution of partnership projects: develop creative solutions to ensure beneficial brand presence & respectful targets achievement, plan & run digital focused integrated campaigns
- Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence
- Run all communication within the project, interact with relevant departments, suppliers. Regular reporting on project progress, results and ensure post-event follow-up.
- Prepare all project documentation: briefs, scenario, timeline, cost estimation etc.
- Maintenance of accurate financial documentation (procurement documents, contracts, invoices, payment process steering) due to corporate guidelines
Digital marketing
- Plan and execute all marketing campaigns and new model launches on web-site
- Model pages and landing pages development
- Website support according to company business needs (regular updates of prices and special offers, approval with all departments)
- Web services development & support
- Regular website analytics, testing and updates in order to increase website efficiency (Yandex and Google analytics)
- Set up new lead generating and tracking tools in close cooperation with CRM, media and dealer marketing teams
- Digital projects management in support of new model launches and brand campaigns (video production, landing pages, contests, bloggers)
- Reporting, documents flow
- SMM pages development
- CEO optimization
Product positioning
- Participating in product strategy creation and implementation
- Analysing competitive products, pricing (CEP analysis).
- Collect and analyse market data on sales/ import and participate in Business planning for Sales portion (including RD creation, CEP and OAP preparation/ update).
- Creating pricing strategy for model line-up (short-term)
Development
- Creating 3-5 years product strategy and update with manufacturer
- Developing and updating Dealer Facility guidelines/ coordination of dealer development strategies and renovations
- Creating pricing strategy for model line-up (long-term)
- Participating in fleet deals/ supporting product preparation for unordinary deals.
- Contributing to achieve monthly or annual sales targets.
- Support collaboration in a team and coach less experienced colleagues
- Organize work of subordinates and develop them
Assistant to General Director
- Analysing market data and provide regular reports to GD
- Preparing market reports and product surveys to manufacturer
- Organizing and participating in meetings with incoming business guests
- Fulfilling special tasks requested by general director
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work on own initiative as a member of the team.
- Critical and logical thinking.
- Fluent English verbal and written skills.
- Experience in website management /content management systems / SMM /CEO area / web analytics (GA, Yandex).
- Project management skills and good self-management.
- Advanced skill of Excel (finance area preferable) and PowerPoint.
- More than 5 years of work experience.
- Working experience in automotive industry is a plus.
