EdEra School is an internationally oriented educational consultancy offering support to clients in the Ultra-High Net Worth and High Net Worth segments. Our mission is to provide fully-online learning from grade school to university, with an emphasis on personalized academics, extracurricular support, and admissions consulting.

Tasks:

• Developing systems for tracking student progress and improving student results

• Overseeing global academic calendar, including testing of and modifications to academic plans

• Development and updating of academic plans for students

• Verifying daily tracking journals against global academic plans

• Organizing diagnostic exams for EdEra School students

• Developing customized academic plans for EdEra School students to complete educational goals in PYP

• iLower Secondary, MYP, IGCSE, IBDP, IAL, ФГОС, IELTS, and SAT programs

• Assessment of teacher readiness to prepare students for exams

• Provision of teaching materials to teachers.

Profile:

• Entry-mid-level experience

• 5+ years in sphere of education

• 2+ years work online

• Experience working with A-Level, IB, and ФГОС curriculums

• Experience assessing and creating academic plans and curriculums

• Experience assessing teacher performance

• Russian: Fluent

• English: C1 or higher

• Work in online team space

• Work as a subordinate employee

• Accustomed to routine work

• Highly independent work experience (freelance)

• Preferably not in Eastern Russia or East Asia.
