Academ School is seeking an experienced native-speaking English teacher to join our team and work with preschool groups (ages 2-4). Our program includes dynamic lessons, extracurricular events, concerts, and summer camps led by native speakers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and engaging lessons for children (ages 2-4).
• Supervise the groups during the routine moments & playtime providing the language immersion and lively interaction (playtime, outside time, mealtimes, etc.)
• Follow the curriculum, ensuring all topics and lesson stages are covered.
• Teach individual lessons as needed.
• Organize and lead extracurricular events and concerts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with very young learners (ages 2-4).
• Is creative, enthusiastic, and punctual (must arrive at least 30 minutes before the lesson).
• Brings fresh, engaging, and interactive ideas to lessons.
• Works well in a team, contributing to lesson development and club growth.
• Is responsible, proactive, and eager to continue learning.

What we offer:

• Competitive pay: Starting salary from 75,000 RUB, with performance bonuses (up to 10,000 RUB) after the probation period and additional incentives.
• Work location: Moscow region, Novogorsk, Olimpiyskaya Street, 15. Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00.
• Flexible schedule: If you' re a university student, working hours can be negotiated.
• Additional benefits: Meals provided and rent reimbursement (up to 10,000 RUB).
