We’re looking for a bright, flexible and versatile experienced marketing manager who will be responsible for the growth of our top priority brands.

CVTL Responsibilities Include:

• Thorough analysis of the market and industry players, deep knowledge of customers to identify unmet needs and uncover opportunities for the brand / portfolio of brands
• Leading X-functional team in developing short- and long-term strategies and tactics to drive profitable growth of Johnson’s Innovative Medicine brands
• Deploying successfully integrated marketing campaigns and own implementation of X-functional projects from ideation to execution
• Build strategic relationships and partnership with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Be the owner of marketing budget with regular tracking and allocating funds based on “what works” approach
• Conceptually own the development and approve marketing materials, from website banners to e-details, hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of the projects, gain insights and assess against goals
• Leading the team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in marketing (pharmaceutical / medical products, but not limited to them only) - at least 7 years
• Strategic thinking with proven track records in envisioning, enabling and executing breakthrough projects, product launches and marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in identifying the right target audiences / market segments and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Medical / pharmaceutical / biotech education can be a strong advantage for this role
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, including digital one, and measurement
• Proven experience in leading a team of diverse professionals, setting common goals, KPIs, regularly assessing team effectiveness and improving team performance, if needed
• Strong communication skills.
