Complaints and Onboarding Specialist – Brokerage Department (USA Trucking)

We are looking for a Complaints and Onboarding Specialist to join our brokerage department in a leading logistics company. This role involves handling customer and carrier complaints, ensuring high-quality service, and onboarding new carriers into our system. No prior experience is required—we provide full training!

Responsibilities:

• Receive, analyze, and resolve customer and carrier complaints.
• Monitor service quality and address disputes effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Guide new carriers through the onboarding process, including document verification and system registration.
• Prepare reports and suggest improvements for better service.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• English proficiency for customer interactions.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software.
