The Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association (KFICA) is seeking a Working Groups Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of the FIC Working Groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing the activities of the Working Groups, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth coordination.
• Preparing joint and foreign-side meetings (logistics, working materials, venues, interpreters, and technical support).
• Compiling, editing, and distributing Working Group materials, including agendas and minutes.
• Maintaining updated membership lists and communication channels.
• Collaborating with FIC foreign-side Co-Chairs to support and coordinate activities outlined in the joint Action Plans.
• Monitoring legislative developments relevant to Working Group activities and preparing analytical reports.
• Ensuring efficient communication and relationship management among Working Group members.
• Coordinating timely responses to government-related requests in collaboration with FIC foreign-side Co-Chairs.
• Supporting the development, coordination, and approval of the FIC Single List of Recommendations with relevant ministries.
• Organizing high-profile roundtables and attending external meetings with stakeholders (KazEnergy, Atameken, Parliament, ministerial working groups).
• Arranging joint meetings between Kazakh-side and foreign-side Co-Chairs.
• Preparing responses to government inquiries related to the Working Groups.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a government body or an international organization.
• Strong understanding of the structure, organization, and operations of the Government of Kazakhstan and the Presidential Administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management.
• Advanced speechwriting skills in English and Russian.
• Proficiency in Russian, English, and Kazakh.
