We are now looking for HR Administration Trainee to join our team in Almaty office.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of HR processes, including handling orders, preparing employment contracts, and managing various HR-related documentation.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date personal files, labor contracts, labor books, and other essential HR documents.

• Collaborate with the team to prepare information for tenders and contribute to the creation of company reports.

• Process health insurance documentation efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for top management and CIS, providing valuable insights into HR-related metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferably in HRM, Accounting, Economics
• Experienced user of MS Excel and 1C (HR) or other ERP systems
• Knowledge of the RK Labor Code (old and new versions)
• Knowledge of English language – Upper-Intermediate
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Proactivity and strong communication skills.
