We Are Hiring!

We are looking for two Business Development Center (BDC) representatives to join our team.

Requirements:

-Excellent English communication skills (C1 or C2 level).
-Strong customer service and sales skills.
-Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
-A team player with experience in sales or marketing.

Responsibilities:

-Provide online customer support and assist clients with inquiries.
-Handle incoming leads, follow up with potential customers, and schedule appointments.
-Maintain and develop strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth buying experience.
-Effectively communicate via phone, email, and chat to drive engagement and sales.
