A branch of an American logistics company is seeking enthusiastic and capable candidates for entry level positions in our export documentation teams.

Experience in Logistics is not required but is preferred. Those candidates that qualify but without experience will be trained in every aspect of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Submit export declarations & origin certificates
• Run bookings depository for 5-6 weeks in advance
• Maintain communication with internal departments, customs, vendors, customers, and Ocean Carriers
• Process new transportation requests from clients
• Provide up-to-date information to customers

Requirements:

• You must be attentive, responsible, friendly and be able to work in a team.
• It is important that you know your way around computers and the basic office programs, you are able to independently deal with the installation of MS Outlook and IP telephones.
• You will have a lot of calls (incoming and outgoing), so it is important to have a quiet workplace where no one will disturb you if you are working remotely.
• You will work a lot with documentation, databases - 100% attentiveness and appreciation for tedious routine work are mandatory for the entry level positions.
• The ability to switch between tasks and react quickly in case of changes is very important.
• If you are not at upper level English there is no need to apply for this position.
• Work experience would be an added value.

You do not need to sell anything, no cold calls and sales plans, the salary is fixed and does not depend on the volume of work.

This is NOT freelancing or part-time work. We offer a regular fulltime employment, with overtime and bonus possibilities available.

This position is on an American work schedule including American Holidays. Local holidays are not given time off.

Please note that this means working hours fall into nighttime since it is U.S. bass.

!!! The working day is from 16.00 to 00.00 Moscow Time in summer (from March to November) and from 17.00 to 01.00 Moscow Time in winter. You will work in the evenings and at night!!!
