Join EPAM Uzbekistan as a Talent Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering junior professionals to production, aligning with local demand and training plans. You will oversee strategic planning, training development, resource management, and event execution.

Responsibilities:

• Perform strategic planning and training
• Align hiring and training with business demands
• Execute comprehensive training programs
• Maintain and manage reports and statistics
• Be in charge of training delivery and resource management
• Ensure the availability of qualified mentors and trainers
• Oversee student onboarding, performance tracking, and certification processes
• Manage the process of student enrollment
• Supervise the transition from hiring to project placement
• Engage in event & marketing management
• Plan and execute training events and marketing campaigns
• Represent the campus at industry-specific events

Requirements:

• Experience in training, talent development, or education management
• Proficiency in strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Background in IT, engineering, or a related field
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above

Nice to have:

• Expertise in event planning and execution
• Competency in managing educational programs and resources
