Zonal Manager for Siberia and Far East

International Pharmaceutical Company IPCA Laboratories Limited is currently looking for Zonal Manager for Siberia and Far East with a professional experience and intricate understanding of the Russian Pharmaceutical Market.

Responsibilities:

- Achievement of Sales target through ensure coverage of Target audience of Doctors, Distributors, Apteka chains as per Marketing Strategy

- Management of the group of RMs, AMs and KAMs (5 people in the team) and MRs (35-40 people)

- Zone of responsibility: Novosibirsk (main location), Tomsk, Barnaul, Biysk, Omsk, Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Krasnoyarsk, Abakan, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude, Angarsk, Chita, Khabarovsk, Blagoveshchensk, Vladivostok

- Staff recruitment

- Training and staff development with the help of training Department

- Double visits - coaching, mentoring

- Regional planning, budgeting, reporting

- Cooperation with distributors, pharmacy chains, KOLs

- Launching New Products Successfully

- Apteka chains control / management to ensure 100% target achievement

- The organization of conferences of local and regional scale, the negotiations with branches distributors of introducing new products in the range, the conclusion of marketing agreements with leading apteka chains in the region by the introduction of new drugs in the range

- The creation of a loyal group of opinion leaders / speakers, regular cooperation with a view to scientific and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree (preferably with Medical or Pharmacy education)
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is necessary (as senior manager of the same territory with experience of managing team of 35-40 employees and managers of both first and second line)
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Written & oral communication in English is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills
• Stress resistant, good organizational skills, excellent communication skills.
