We are looking for Facility Manager (Villa)

Maintenance and management of Villa and surrounding area (appr 800 sq meters):
- Ensuring the building is in good conditions and all the systems work correctly (air conditioning, ventilation, electricity etc)
- On demand - organisation and management of repairment internal and external works (HVAC, swimming pool, buildings facade if needed)
- Managing the domestic staff (cook, maids, gardener, drivers): hiring, work scheduling, controlling etc

Requirements:

Whom we are looking for:
- Experience in facility management (villa, estate) of 2 years minimum
- Understanding of basic principles of building systems functioning - for example HVAC, electricity, water distribution
- Experience of working with C-level person (company head, CEO, Top-manager)
- Ability to communicate on different levels: from workers to executive level
- Fluent Russian and English.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
