Here, at Keydev, we are looking for a Middle HR to join our Human Resources Team!

We are part of a large corporation, you will be working with a separate team of employees: 50+ people in a remote team and 20+ people in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals for remote teams.
• Design and conduct virtual training programs and workshops that foster professional development and team cohesion.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance to remote employees on HR-related issues.
• Analyze employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to enhance the remote work culture.
• Collaborate with management to create and enforce policies that promote a healthy work-life balance among remote teams.
• Coordinate team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships among remote staff.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices for managing remote employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on remote team dynamics.
• Proven ability to engage remote employees in various activities and initiatives, including public relations and team engagement strategies.
• Strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and HR software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing environments.
