Our client – Chinese industrial company – is looking for Operations Director to join its recently opened Moscow branch, distributing the Company' s products in Russia. Location - Moscow, Russia. Reporting to the Country General Manager.

Key tasks for the role:

• Be responsible, involved and promote the achievement of the company’s business goals
• Organize and manage the efficient operation across such functions as Logistics & Warehousing, Finance, Office administration and HR
• Manage, coordinate and maintain relationships with the HQ Team. Lead local team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor' s degree or above. Additional education in Business Administration or International Trade is a plus.
• Good understanding and practical experience in business operations management / coordination (Logistics, Finance, General administration)
• Work experience within cross-cultural environment both Russian and Chinese is mandatory
• Great communication, managing and leadership skills
• Native / Fluent in Chinese and Russian is mandatory. Good command in English.
• Advanced PC user: MS Office, Presentation tools, Analysis tools
