Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to engage with leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position requiring excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads and convert them into sales or service appointments.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers using provided scripts.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages.
• Schedule, confirm, or adjust appointments to meet customer needs.
• Address client concerns and inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
• A positive attitude and readiness to handle challenges.
• Availability to work night shifts (Pacific Time: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
